When customers scan QR codes generated from your TrueReview account, the scan data, such as the number of times each code has been scanned, will be available in your Insights page.
To access this information:
Go to the Insights page.
Click on Campaigns.
Under the QR Code Scans section, you’ll see how many times each contact type has been scanned.
You can filter the data by All time, Last year, Last month, or Last week.
Note: QR code scans are tracked for the initial scan only. If a customer refreshes the page after scanning, it will not count as an additional scan, ensuring your data remains accurate.
