How to connect your EMR/EHR to TrueReview via Keragon

To get started, first create an account with Keragon.

Keragon allows you to connect 300+ healthcare apps with TrueReview to automate review requests and customer feedback collection.

Once you’re on the Keragon homepage, simply describe what you’d like to automate. For example, you can enter something like:

“I want to automatically send a review request through TrueReview one hour after a patient checks out using Tebra (eClinicalWorks, or another supported app).”

Keragon’s AI will help generate the automation for you, making the setup process simple and fast. All you'll need to do is log in to your trigger and action apps, like TrueReview.

Alternatively, click on Workflows from the left navbar, and select "Create new".

Click on "Add a trigger" to add your healthcare app, like Tebra.

Search for your app and select it. You'll be asked to select the trigger that should send the customer information to TrueReview to create a request.

Click "Connect new account" and follow the instructions to connect your healthcare app. Certain apps require a simple login, while others require an API key. You should consult your healthcare app's support team to connect.

Connecting TrueReview

Once your trigger app is connected, click the plus icon below the app, this will be your action step.

Search for TrueReview, and select the Action.

There are two actions in TrueReview:

Create contact:

Creates a new contact in TrueReview with name, phone, email, and an optional note

Create request:

Sends a review request to a customer via SMS or email from TrueReview

Click "Connect new account"

For the Authentication flow, keep it as "Simple" and click Connect.

Use your TrueReview credentials to log into your TrueReview account.

Click on the business you'd like to connect to, and click Allow.

Linking Inputs

TrueReview only requires customer's Name, Phone or Email to create a contact or send a review request. Do not add or pass any PHI through the steps. Custom attributes are disabled when connecting to Healthcare apps.

Click into each input field, and map the corresponding data source from your Trigger App, like Tebra.

Test your app and turn it on.
