Connect TrueReview to your existing app with Zapier

If your application is available on Zapier, and they offer "Triggers" then you can integrate with TrueReview.

Zapier enables you to connect TrueReview with various third-party platforms, such as Square. By setting up a Zap (an automated workflow), you can trigger actions in TrueReview, like sending review requests, based on specific events in the connected platform. This automation helps streamline customer feedback collection and enhances your visibility.

General Steps for Setting Up Integrations

  1. Create a Zapier Account: If you don’t already have a Zapier account, sign up at Zapier's website.

  2. Select a Trigger App: Choose the platform you want to integrate with TrueReview (e.g., Square).

  3. Set Up a Trigger Event: Define the event in the trigger app that will initiate the workflow (e.g., a completed transaction in Square).

  4. Choose TrueReview as the Action App: Select TrueReview as the app where the action will occur.

  5. Define the Action Event: Specify the action in TrueReview, such as sending a review request email.

  6. Test the Zap: Run a test to ensure the integration works as expected.

  7. Activate the Zap: Once tested, turn on the Zap to start automating the workflow.
