Manage Email Notification Preferences

Customize your email notifications for new customer reviews.

By default, TrueReview sends email notifications whenever you receive a new review on your TrueReview or Google Business Profile for any connected location.

To update your email preferences:

Go to Account Settings > click EDIT next to the business you want to manage > scroll to the Email Notifications section > toggle the checkboxes for “New review on TrueReview” and/or “New review on Google”.

Notifications are sent to the email address associated with your TrueReview login by default. To send notifications to additional recipients, add override email addresses in the “Customer Feedback & Survey Results” field. If entering multiple email addresses, separate them with commas.
