Manage Email Notification Preferences

Customize your email notifications for new customer reviews.

By default, TrueReview sends email notifications for:

  • New reviews from TrueReview, Google, and Facebook

  • New survey responses or customer feedback submissions

How to Update Your Email Preferences

  1. Open the menu dropdown.

  2. Click the Business Settings icon to go directly to the settings of the business you’re managing.

  3. Or, select Account Settings & Billing.

Click EDIT next to the business you’d like to update.

From there, you can adjust your email notification preferences.

Notifications are sent to the email address associated with your TrueReview login by default. To send notifications to additional recipients, add override email addresses in the “Customer Feedback & Survey Results” field. If entering multiple email addresses, separate them with commas.
