To view customers who have submitted a survey:
Go to the Contacts page.
Click on the Requests tab.
Use the “Survey Completed” filter to quickly identify customers who have submitted your survey.
Here, you’ll see a list of customers who have submitted your survey.
For each completed request, the average rating will be displayed.
To view detailed responses, click the “View Results” link.
A results panel will slide in from the right, displaying each survey question along with its corresponding rating.
