Why is the customer name not showing the same way I entered it?

Manage how customer names are saved and displayed.

By default, customer names are automatically formatted to sentence case. If a name is entered in all uppercase, the system will save and send the request using sentence case formatting.

Update Customer Name Formatting

You can disable this feature by going to your Business Settings. Under Contact Management, uncheck the box labeled Customer Name Formatting.
