If you use AI-powered review replies, you can control how your business name is referenced in responses.
For example, instead of using your full legal business name like:
ABC Plumbing Holdings LLC
You can have AI use a cleaner customer-facing version such as:
ABC Plumbing
How to update it
Go to Business Settings
Under Review Reply Settings, locate the Guidance section
Enter your preferred business name reference
AI will use this name whenever it naturally references your business in a review response.
Important Notes
By default, AI replies use the business name currently set on your account
The Guidance field acts as an override specifically for AI-generated replies
AI will only use the business name when it feels natural and appropriate in the response
Leaving the field blank will continue using your default business name
This is especially useful if:
Your legal business name is long
You operate under a DBA
You want replies to sound more natural and customer-friendly
You manage multiple brands or locations under one entity
