When enabled, TrueReview automatically purchases additional request credits when you run out, allowing your review requests to continue sending without interruption.

TrueReview tracks the total number of request credits available in your account, including:

Auto-Send Billing only makes a purchase when you have used 100% of all available request credits in your account.

When that happens, TrueReview automatically purchases the smallest available request package:

The 100 requests are immediately added to your account so scheduled and automated review requests can continue sending.

Example:

If your plan includes 500 requests and you have a 250-request add-on, Auto-Send Billing will not trigger when you use the first 500 requests.

It will only trigger after all 750 available requests have been used.

At that point, TrueReview will automatically purchase another 100 requests for $12.

Any unused request credits purchased through Auto-Send Billing roll over and never expire.

For example, if Auto-Send Billing purchases 100 requests and you only use 35 before your monthly plan resets, the remaining 65 requests stay in your account and can be used later.

This ensures you can fully use every request credit you purchase.

You are only charged when:

If you do not reach your request limit, there is no Auto-Send Billing charge.

You can turn Auto-Send Billing on or off at any time from your TrueReview account.

When Auto-Send Billing is disabled, no additional requests will be automatically purchased. If you use all available requests, additional review requests will pause until new credits become available through your monthly reset or you purchase additional requests manually.
