To cancel your subscription, first, go to your Account Settings, and scroll down to the Billing & Subscription section.
Click Continue to Cancellation at the bottom of the page, then follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Important: Cancellations must be submitted at least one hour before your subscription renewal. If you cancel while your invoice is in draft, the cancellation will apply to the following invoice cycle.
Cancelling during your trial will end and forfeit the free trial.
