There are many reasons why you may want to resend a review requests.
However, it's important to be careful when resending review requests, especially via SMS.
Remember to resend responsibly! Resending too many times may lead to customers opting out of your SMS messages and unsubscribing from your emails, or even worse, leaving a negative review.
There are several ways to resend requests.
Resend multiple requests at a time
To resend requests to multiple contacts at once, select the contacts you'd like to send the requests, and click Resend from the blue bar that appears above the requests.
Confirm that you'd like to resend:
Overriding Contact Type & Campaign
When resending, the previous contact type and campaign will be used again.
To change which contact type, or which campaign to resend with, you can override the settings at the time of resending.
Click "Override contact type and campaign settings"
Choose the contact type and campaign you want to use when resending, then confirm to send the request.
Resend to SMS or Emails only
When resending multiple requests at once, the entire campaign will be resent. For example, if the campaign includes an SMS and an Email, both will be sent.
If you've sent a campaign that includes an SMS and Email, you can resend it to parts of the campaign. For example, you may want to resend it via SMS or Email only.
This can only be done through individual requests.
Find the request, and click the three dots next to the date sent.
Click Resend request to see the resend options.
From here, you can choose how to resend the request, like SMS & Email, SMS Only or Email Only.
