TrueReview collects only basic contact information — name, email, and phone number — to send review requests on behalf of businesses. We do not collect, store, or process any Protected Health Information (PHI) such as diagnoses, treatments, or medical records.
TrueReview is not a HIPAA-covered service and does not sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). Healthcare businesses using our platform are responsible for ensuring their use of TrueReview complies with their own HIPAA obligations, and should not include any PHI in review requests sent through our platform.
