Use tags to categorize reviews by key themes like sentiment, staff, cleanliness, or issues so you can quickly filter and analyze feedback.
This helps you identify trends, spot problems, and highlight positive experiences. Keeping tags simple and focused makes them more effective for insights and action.
Creating Tags
To create a tag, click Manage next to a review to open the sidebar:
Under the TAGS section, click "Add Tag"
Type the name of the tag you'd like to create, and click "Create Tag"
Applying Tags
Once you've created a tag, click it to apply to the review you are managing.
Tags will be applied to the review in the side bar, as well as the dashboard.
Filtering Reviews with Tags
When a tag is present on a review, it creates a filter in the dashboard.
Click the desired tags to filter reviews that match those tags.
Removing a Tag
To remove a tag from a review, click the Manage button next to the review, and click the X icon next to the tag.
Deleting a Tag
Deleting a tag is permanent. If the tag has been applied to any reviews, it will be removed from those reviews.
Click “Add Tag”, then open the three-dot menu next to the tag you’d like to delete.
Confirm the action to delete the tag.
Renaming a Tag
To rename a tag, click the three-dot menu next to the tag, and click Edit.
Type the new name of the tag, and click the Update Tag button. The tag will be updated anywhere it is being used.
