Go to Insights in your TrueReview account.
Select the Review Radar tab.
If you have negative Google reviews containing text, you'll see a banner prompting you to scan them.
Click Scan Reviews to scan all eligible negative reviews for potential Google review policy violations.
You'll receive an email notification when your audit is complete.
Once the scan is finished, you can view the results and detailed findings directly from your Review Radar page.
Review Radar helps identify potential policy violations, but Google makes the final decision on whether a review violates its policies.
